If you have had to restore your database to an earlier backup then you are likely to encounter this error. The cause of this error is that each synchronisation requires both the online and offline versions of the database to have the same synch number to ensure the quality of data.

If you do receive this error, you will need to know whether your online database is more up to date than the Sportzware database. If it is, then you will be able to click on Yes. This will bring down all of the recent changes to the Online Database and update the Sportzware database. This will also re-align the synchronisation numbers so that this error won't appear again.

If your Sportzware Database is the more up to date than the Online Database then you will need to contact SportingPulse Support for a specialised file that will realign the synchronisation numbers without bringing any data down from the Online Database.
